THE SECOND CHANCE
In The Second Chance Project, former athletes, overlooked prospects, and young men on the brink of losing everything are given one final shot at redemption under elite coaching and relentless accountability, where talent alone is not enough and character determines who earns a true second chance on and off the court.

RUSTY DOGS OF WAR (RDOW)
Rusty Dogs of War (RDOW) is a group of U.S. Military Wounded and Adaptive Athletes that competed in the Race Across America!
This team is a combination of U.S. Army Rangers, Marines, a West Point Infantry Officer, U.S. Air Force veteran and several Adaptive Disabled Athletes all riding a variety of Trikes and Recumbent bikes.
The team injuries include: crushed vertebrae, blindness, paralysis, broken necks, stabbings and effects from several IED’s.
Rusty Dogs of War competed in the Race Across America from the West Coast to the Atlantic (a 3,000 mile nonstop race) against teams from Germany, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Australia, France, Switzerland, Denmark, India, Austria, Estonia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Canada and Monaco.
The continued goal is to showcase this team at race events around the U.S and globally racing with and against any and all racers whether disabled or not!
Their message to Disabled Veterans and Citizens alike is to “Be Strong, you are not alone and your disability should not define you!” The team is planning to compete in races showcasing their skills, giving presentations to promote rehabilitation and offering the disabled person a path forward.
Contribution: Your Donations or Sponsorships will assist in covering team cost for VA Hospital visits working with military disabled men and women, guiding them into a more meaningful life, provide travel and race entry fees, and expenses related to future events showcasing the message of - Veterans Helping Veterans!
